the problem is that your code will aggregate the COUNT(DataID) will not return a count of all questionnaire records, but just the count of the questionnaires in the group keyed on UDL4. What drewid is asking for is to include not only this grouped count, but also a count of the entire number of questionnaires. Regardless, DavidBurrows has posted an excellent solution.
