changed since it was compiled

    Hi,

    I have a SP that is getting re-compiled every 45 minutes; I’m seeing the following error message once in a while in batch calls of the same SP.

    “The definition of object '<Object Name>' has changed since it was compiled.”

    Any clues? SQL Version is 2K - 8.00.760.

    I doubled checked with my DBA there were no schema changes were made that are referred by the SP.
