Bulk Insert Records for date range and day

  I have two tables, customers and appointments.

  I want to bulk insert records for a date range and a day of the week. For example, John Smith has an appointment on every monday for the next three months. How do I accomplish this?

  I would do it with a Calendar table. Then you can query for Mondays within your date range and then do the insert.
