Aside from the example given in "Using BIT_COUNT() with a Table" not being a particularly useful example as counting the number of permission bits set is rather unhelpful compared to checking if a specific permission bit is set, the example could be improved by defining that bit 0=read, bit 1=write and bit 2=delete as without this there is no context.

why 3 columns with 3 numbers to make sense ...just 1 number
