Note that I use a certificate signed assembly and a certificate login in that example as well. I'd forgo CLR for this, you can accomplish it with SQL Agent and you still have the certificate and login with permissions.

I found a useful link explaining how to sign a stored procedure with a certificate : I think I will have a go at this ....
