As you may have noticed, we have been suffering recently from increased spam posts on the forums. We realise these posts cause serious irritation for our users, and it’s frustrating for us that they’re disrupting the forums and newsletter. We are, however, determined to continue to make it as easy as possible for our genuine members to use the forum and to make it straightforward to register on the site.
We’re currently working with our development team to reduce the chances of the spammers getting onto the site, and our webmaster team are working to remove the offending posts and users as quickly as possible. Please continue to report the posts to us as this enables us to identify the spammers and posts as quickly as possible, particularly outside of UK working hours.
We hope to see an improvement in the level of posts soon, and in the meantime thank you for your continued support and patience while we resolve this issue.
