Thanks for bringing it to notice. I think i am using the semicolon(;) in the end after the values(..) ;
I have hanging around it since morning..Please provide with some suggestions.....

After the suggested code change. I am now getting a new error which says "A MERGE statement must be terminated by a semi-colon (;)"
The Modified statement is :
MERGE...
