It's a truncation error, not a conversion. Increase the size of the Length, it seems 50 is not large enough. Assuming it is mapping to ENTERVALUE, it's (about) 462 characters...

Yes, just set the font size on that column. Have you tried?

Sample data in the form of an image isn't very helpful, most of the time. Other people can't interact with it; you can't copy the text and create a table...

What do you mean "run the file"? You don't "run" an mdf file, you attach it to a SQL Server Instance. Is that what you're trying to do?

I'm not really sure what you mean by "Will it Recursive?". Do you mean, will it end up self triggering? If so, no; the trigger is on TABLE1...

Do you need to retain the old ID? If not, then simply exclude it from your list of columns in your INSERT and the new table will give the email...
