Agreed, didn't even think of tracing, but will be doing it now. We do not have to be SOX compliant, but that doesn't mean I can't use it for reasoning...

Yeah, at first we tried to be very accommodating, but would prefer an honest "I don't know" over a reasonless "just give me access"
