It really is a big shame! But alas, most of us aren't in the position of telling HR how to do their jobs.

I guess I should have chose my wording better. What I meant to say is that if you got anything out of college is an improved ability to learn...

Some go to higher education to get a piece of paper, and others to get a fresh start. Whatever the reason, ideal job candidates come out of higher education...
