need a biot more info on the server spec and the resources assigned (such as max mem setting) to the other instances.
We have 6 instances running on VM....

I will try to dig a little deeper but the problem is that I don't have anybody to talk to yet about what procedure it's calling and when it happens?...

I bumped up the memory and I also enabled Resource...

I just bumped up the MAX memory and enabled Resource Governor and its working fine now.

Is resource governor enabled?It could also be a bug, do you have all the service packs applied?

My bad. I thought it was resolved but no.
I was able to restart the service but everytime I try to run a simple query. it gives me an error:
insufficient system...

If only one DB per customer, you could probably put those 2 instances on the existing server itself. Before that check if that VM is having any resource contention...

I was unable to restore the DB because the DB we have in...
