All the other servers we have use different domain name. I can login into the server with SQL authentication but not windows authentication. Thanks for the reply.

I do understand the fact that it will rebuild all the indexes regardless how fragmented they are but my problem is that I am not good with powershell or writing...

I also read that it can encrypt tempdb and transactional log as well. What happens if those 2 are encrypted?
