Woops... I was wrong... our db is on a different SQL Server.... SQL2008 R2 SP2.... still should be hitting that integrity check bug for spartial index...

Looks like we will hit this 'bug' as we are runnign SQL2008 SP3 and the fix is in CU3 for SP3. Wonderful.
