    you can run something like mssqlcrack (http://sourceforge.net/projects/mssqlcracker/) and if you get things like "password", "12345", you can change those pwds and/or contact users to ask for better ones.

    Agree with HappyCat. I'd set up the same jobs on both servers, but disable the jobs on the secondary. If you failover, you can enable them.
