AFAIK, there are no native interfaces inside of SQL Server to access MSMQ. I would recommend SQLCLR.

Not quite enough time to completely debug, but if you're on SQL 2012+, you might be able to use windowing functions and an OVER() clause to help.

A couple of things....

I think you've hit it. Each test runs as a separate tsqlt.run call rather than a larger call with all results.

The default behavior is to use the database user with the same name you use to login to the server with, if anything I would change allowing DB users...
