There isn't really a good tool. You can trap some info from Profiler, but really this is an admin function that you could use VSS/CVS, etc to do.

There is no security on DTS Designer. To open a package from SQL Server, they need access to msdb and the package password.

No. If you scheduled this as a job, saving the DTS package, then you could reexmine it. I don't think there is a log saved when you do this.

You can run a trace and then back track through the data. There isn't a good way to do this in SQL Server (yet)
