Are you in the US? I think pricing is different outside, but it should be $125 in the US.
The exam is multiple choice questions. Not sure about the exact format...

You can use a one way hash, smoething like encrypt() if you don't need to read them....

Litespeed has been in use here since it was a 2.0 product. But I think most of the others work just as well.
