You should run all queries that you expect to see if they work correctly. Execute all stored procedures, and grab queries or a load from Profiler on the existing server...

Instead of inserts, use sqlcmd with a string to change the passwords. Keep all the server names in a single column.

The DBCC above should correct this and you should be sure that you run a DBCC CHECKDB after it to be sure there are no other issues.
