LogicalCPUs on Dev is 40

MAX DOP Setting on Prod is...

1) are the sql server versions (and database compatibility levels) EXACTLY the same?

Are you sysadmin on both the sql instance?

Typo my bad, it is 60 Databases...but we do have 200+ on 4 node cluster environment
