Thanks you so much Lowell and Pradeep.
I used 1st suggestion by Lowell and Pradeep refined it. Now by applying both of the solutions, i got enterprise manager in my program...

i did as u said, but its not even showing the sql server folder where i can drag down the enterprise manager option.

Thanks a lot for quick help.
I have checked the permissions and they were fine.
Ultimately i solved it by replacing server ip by server_name\instance_name in weblogic file and i got login.
