    Each RS subscription creates a unique job with a name, for example, of "0ACC7590-42CF-4362-BEEA-F9CA0B3CE7B8".  You could modify this job to send out a notification when a failure occurs.

    Using a text box, insert the following in the value section of the properties.

    For grabbing what was selected from your parameters

    = Parameters![name of the parameter].Label    

    For displaying some text

    = "[name of report]"   ...
