The only issue with doing that is that if someone does not have cmd shell enabled the code will fail. I will leave it to the individual if they wish...

Can you share the table definition, query, and number of unfiltered rows in the table?

Sounds like it's trying to import a date value which is not within a valid range. Unfortunately I don't really know the tool so it's hard to say.
