Thanks for your reply.  I wish the client would pay that much...would make the recruiting easier!  But, they are the client and i have placd plenty of good SQL Server...

interesting thought...plus, we may be talking mid 60's or higher for the best fit...plus a bonus plan and great benefits...i dont think its that bad or i wouldnt be wasting...

I agree that the salary isnt great, but that is why they are really looking for someone with mid-level experience, 2+ yrs.
