Its excel limitations of having just 65536 records in one sheet.

The code must be modified if pulling data into excel exceeds 65536 records without storing header info else its linited...

I have configured the Event handler for OnError for this where I have added the SMTP mail task to send mails.

Even GUNZIP will do the same for you using -d option

You can use the GUNZIP or 7-ZIP to code script in the process task to achieve it.

There are limitations using GUNZIP. Use 7-Zip instead.
