You'll need to register that external assembly with SQL Server first.

Can you provide some test data and expected results? That is, a working test harness, rather than just code fragments.

When I run an SQL query, sometimes I got the error,
Msg 9420, Level 16, State 1, Line 6
XML parsing: line 2, character 33, illegal xml character
and sometimes is okay....
