You need to move the data flow and file system task so that they are inside the foreach loop.

This behaviour is down to which is known as 'ownership chaining'. You may find this link informative.

- You did not just install SSIS 2014, you installed SQL Server 2014 with SSIS 2014. SSIS cannot...
