It's fine, except I'd add in a JOIN instead of using the old-style WHERE:
SELECT
T1.Id
, T1.IsActive
, T1.StartDate
, T1.EndDate
, T1.Title

without an ORDER BY is a somewhat suspect practice.If more than one row matches the WHERE clause, the result which is returned is likely...
