    The bus speed is important as is the type of RAM too. If the RAM bus speed exceds the CPU bus speed there's no benefit as it will clock down...

    In a standard always on config all replicas are stand alone instances. However, the nodes must all be members of the same windows cluster

    All of the nodes involved in the AlwaysOn group must be part of the same windows cluster

    The only other thing to check is that the SQL Server agent is granted login in the sql instance as sysadmin. Its usually done through the system account like so

    have you checked this is not a keyboard issue. Since " and @ are reversed (amongst other chars) between english and US keyboards this can cause issues.
