Personally I think executing Powershell scripts within SSIS sets a really bad precedent.

Thanks for your information. I think if we are using witness in primary or secondary we will face this cluster fail issue and we are using windows 2012.

spanning an availability group across 2 separate clusters is only supported for migration purposes.
All servers need to be part of the same Windows Server Failover Cluster
