Thanks for your information. I think if we are using witness in primary or secondary we will face this cluster fail issue and we are using windows 2012.

just let VMware take care of the HA, easiest option, no clustering at the guest level

We have configured always on with 2 node cluster and both are in different network Zone. In Zone a Node 1 is available, in Zone B Node...

spanning an availability group across 2 separate clusters is only supported for migration purposes.
All servers need to be part of the same Windows Server Failover Cluster
