Script then out, then execute the script on the other database. You can also use the dts transfer objects wizard to do this.

Why not use sql server exclusively as the back end and use access only as the front end (research access data projets).

Got it wrong too... this is is really opened for interpretation cause the server gets realllllly silent when it is stopped

Do all the servers have access to that drive?
Do all the server have permission to write to that directory AND overwrite the file if needed?
