Update stats with fullscan if possbile.

If stats are out of data the plan will be wrong (especially for that case).

Could also be parameter sniffing.

Also make sure to have the month number in the dataset so you can sort by that column.

Perry will there be any issue if i truncate the tables.... as i dnt have any space...

Just keep in mind that you lose a very valuable piece of information if you clear that history.
