About

  • Description: My name is Natalia Ivanova, and I’m a Vending Equipment Sales Manager at Vendland based in Ufa(Russia). My journey in the vending industry began with a fascination for how simple daily interactions — like grabbing a coffee from a vending machine — could be transformed through smart technology and attentive service. Over the years, I’ve learned that sales in this field are not just about transactions but about building partnerships that empower businesses to offer convenience, quality, and reliability to their customers.

I entered the world of vending solutions after earning my degree in business management from Ufa State Aviation Technical University. My early career started in retail automation, where I discovered my passion for bridging the gap between technology and people. I loved explaining how a well-designed vending system could simplify operations, reduce costs, and elevate customer experience. When I joined Vendland, it felt like a natural evolution — a chance to combine my business expertise with my enthusiasm for engineering-driven products.

At Vendland, my role goes far beyond sales figures. I collaborate closely with engineers, setup specialists, and customer support teams to ensure that every vending solution we offer aligns perfectly with client expectations. From coffee shops and corporate offices to universities and transport hubs, I tailor each proposal to meet the client’s environment and audience. What sets our approach apart is empathy — we don’t just sell machines, we provide experiences that people can trust every single day.

One of my proudest achievements was leading the regional rollout of Vendland’s energy-efficient coffee vending machines across multiple corporate campuses in Ufa(Russia). The project involved complex logistics, customization, and long-term service planning. Seeing the results — reduced operational costs and positive feedback from thousands of daily users — reaffirmed my belief that true sales success comes from understanding both the technology and the human need behind it.

Communication is at the core of my work. I spend a lot of time listening — to customers, to my team, and to the market. Each conversation is a chance to learn something new, to find a better way to connect. My sales philosophy is built on three principles: transparency, reliability, and long-term thinking. I believe that when clients trust you, they don’t just buy once — they build with you.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about professional development and mentorship. I enjoy helping young sales professionals understand the value of empathy and ethics in technology-driven industries. I also participate in industry conferences, where I speak about the future of vending automation and sustainable business practices.

For me, being part of Vendland means more than representing a company — it’s about representing a philosophy of quality and care. Every vending solution we deliver is a reflection of that commitment. I see myself as an ambassador of convenience, helping clients create spaces where technology quietly improves daily life.
