Not really understanding the problem. Daylight Savings Time (spring forward, fall back) is one of those times that DBA's need to be proactive to ensure that jobs run appropriately....

If you are wanting to keep data for five days, you may want to revisit your date test. Looks to me that you will only keep data from today.
