The problem is your data, such as 1,2,3. This can't be converted to an int.

Really need more information regarding what you are attempting to accomplish. Why do the users need to define their own tables?

Sounds like you need to check the regional settings on the client. This isn't a SQL Server issue.

Ownership of database objects should not belong to individuals IMHO. Doing that causes issues like this one.
