    Not really sure how you're presenting this data to the users, but I don't know that you'd need to create a view and then query the view unless that worked...

    SQL Express has hard limits on how much RAM it can access, but that's probably not the actual problem. I would tend to suspect that Access is what's...

    yes, you need to turn enforce password policies, and then set them, or use windows authentication and let the domain handle it for you...
