I did as you suggested as found out it was the admin, when the system runs the tracer it creates the procedure and there it lies hiden, temp...

I am aware of that, the store procedure is created in the tempdb, but still does not answer the Question of how what and why is created or the Purpose...

the goal is to import the file directly to SQL, once in SQL I will proceed to Shred the xml part into one table and then populate other tables.

I am Not sure I understand the issue. are you pulling from the Database to populate a textbox in xml?
