You could create a .bat script on ServerB that contains a DTEXEC command with parameters.
On ServerA, you execute the .bat script on serverB, passing along the name of the package...

Instead of fumbling with the deployment wizard and manifesto, you can install BIDS Helper (it is free). It allows you to deploy packages and projects with a simple right-click.
Much easier!

You can use a for each loop to loop over the table and store the tablename in a variable.
Then you can construct a dynamic SQL statement in an Execute SQL...

There will be a performance gain if you disable them. However, the check constraints will be marked as non-trusted when you enable them. So it might be a better idea...

It would surprise me if you can add BIDS 2005 into Visual Studio 2008.
Packages developed in 2008 are not compatible with 2005.
