Where are you trying to run this query from? I don't believe it'll run in SSMS because the EXECUTESQL isn't a part of the T-SQL language. One of the .Net...

p.s. You do realize that you don't need to use BCP just because you're using a format file, correct? BULK INSERT in T-SQL will work just fine if you don't...
