Ah... one more thing... I don't believe they use NEWSEQUENTIALID to populate the RecordID column. I believe they use just a normal, random GUID to populate it. In that case...

p.s. Almost forgot... much more important than the "logical fragmentation" is "page density" (that % of page fullness thing) and rebuilding stats. For GUID clustered indexes, don't worry about page...
