Instead of posting pictures of the execution plans, save then as files and attach them. Also, that last outer join has no chance of being SARGable as both columns must...

The problem is scalability. Aggregations are blocking transforms. Hence, they block the data flow...

The "DIR" command I posted wasn't supposed to export the file. It was supposed to test to see if SQL Server could see the share. Can you post the output...
