As someone else said, the conceptual and logical design overlap when the designer is experienced in designing schemata which conform to the relational model.

Steve, I think you've just done this too much. Once you understand what you're trying to do, Conceptual and Logical blend quite a bit, because you start conceptualizing in terms...
