Can you open the trace file successfully in Profiler? What if you change the second parameter to 1?

I don't think that there is a way to set grouping in one table based on data from different dataset.

Are you considering putting a trigger on each of the tables to get the data to flow through?
Ideally triggers should be short and quick if you use them at all...
