    CozyRoc has been running on Server 2, and looks like it's still installed. So server 2 should have everything or more than server 1.

    Already set to TRUE.
    The Linked Server seems ok, until I try to insert the results into a local table.

    It worked years ago when we have physical servers...

    Sounds like a dangerous setting !
    I wrote a query that alerts me if jobs run X% longer than average, but no action is taken, just an email alert.
