    Well, Since VMWare is now also supported, my gut tells me more people use VMW than Hyper-V.

    Personally I cant say which is better (this mostly depends on how and who...

    I wouldn't do this during production time, as a fail-over test will be done between the nodes to test disk arbitration and service fail-over.

    It's impossible to "guess" what it could be.

    Have a look at your error logs, collect performance data, check if jobs are running etc.

    I still don't agree on the "break" and "arrogance" terms. Sure it's inconvenient, but Microsoft provides quality and proven software.

    The issue is authentication, Anonymous no longer does what you want it to, and will need some clever trickery to pass or emulate it/impersonation.

    I tested the script on my 2008 R2, and 2012 instances, only changed the @ts_now to float, and it ran on both versions without issues.

    Nice script, although I prefer Perfmon logging CPU usage over periods of time to get averages, highs, lows.
