You can't pass a table variable, but you can pass an XML variable. Pretty easy to set up.

Alternately, are you doing any distributed transactions? If not, then the error doesn't matter.

I've always run SQL on a local admin account. What's the reason not to in this case?

You could have reporting services create the files and store them, then have a proc go through and e-mail each one with DBMail. That may not be the best...

26 bits will take 4 bytes of storage per row for the data. 26 ints will take 108 bytes of storage per row. That also means more IO,...

You can still end up with an infinite loop with this (well, it will loop till it hits the recursion limit).
