I don't use FKs to cascade deletes. I map out the actual data dependencies, and build scripts/procs that explicitly handle the data correctly.
This avoids a couple of issues. ...

Try this:

You have to add agents to the SQL Agent set up.
You do that through the Proxies tab. You'll have to set up a Credential first (server security).

How about transaction logs? Any databases running in Full recovery, are the logs getting backed up?
Do you run backups onto the D drive or somewhere else?
