We've only ever used #3, but it does have shortcomings. However, until we get more than 10 people in the door at meetings, I don't plan on worrying about those...

I've used Blogger & WordPress, both on their sites. WordPress was head & shoulders better. Now that I'm maintaining it myself... it's a lot of work, but there's a ton...
