It really depends. It's possible you could do 10 at once, but are there relationships between these tables? That will certainly affect data loading. Maybe there's an issue with indexes...

Assuming you have 'sa' privileges, you can query tempdb and see what's causing the growth.

Let me rephrase the question to see if I understand.
Are you asking is it possible to put data into the foreign key that is not contained in the primary key...

Enterprise or Express or Developer, those are all database servers. It sounds like you want the client tools. That's Management Studio and can be installed seperately from any of the...

So the estimated & actual rows are the same? Actual number of executions, rebinds, rewinds... There is more data to it than just the operators. Sorry, just trying to understand...
