Virtual servers with overcommit and SQL Server on them is going to get you in trouble anyway, locked pages or not.

iirc you don't need to drop the cluster or the foreign keys or even the nonclusters (though doing so will be faster)
CREATE UNIQUE CLUSTERED INDEX <pk name> ON <table name>...

Why?
If you want to minimise batch requests/sec there's a very easy way. Stop SQL Server. That'll drop the counter right...

Which file did you lose? Was it part of the primary filegroup? (without knowing this, it is impossible to say whether you've lost the DB or not)
