Hello,In the project Properties, on the Debugging tab, ensure the Run64BitRunTime is set to false.

You had to install the 64bit and 32 bit for 2008. The same applies to 2012.

Based on my experience you need both the 64 bit and 32 bit Client.
You install the 64 bit first and then the 32 bit.
Does anyone have a link to Oracle...
